Over at Pro Task Services LLC, we recently completed a project in Scottsbluff that involved LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) Installation and Rot Repair. Our customer had noticed a soft, spongy area around their bathroom toilet, revealing a compromised subfloor due to water damage. After we removed the toilet and the existing flooring materials, we cut out all visibly rotted subflooring. By reframing and reinforcing the affected floor sections, we created a solid base for the new subfloor panels, which were securely fastened and leveled. Followed by the installation of water-resistant underlayment, we finalized the project with the application of LVP flooring throughout the bathroom.
